More details have emerged about Lindsay Lohan’s teary-eyed display at Brittny Gastineau’s birthday party at Los Angeles watering hole Crown Bar on November 6, when she tried to foist her bar bill on New Moon hunk Kellan Lutz.

Apparently Lutz refused to pay for her booze, because People magazine reports that LiLo was eventually made to pony up—but not before pitching a Grade-A fit.

According to an onlooker who witnessed the spectacle,

“Lindsay stormed into the kitchen and grabbed two bottles of really expensive champagne. She finished both bottles with a friend. When the bartender gave her a bill, she had a meltdown. She was yelling at him and screaming profanities at everyone. The bar insisted she pay, so she had to call a friend with her credit-card information.”

Lohan eventually made her way out of the club at about 2:30 a.m., but not before making more of a scene:

“She was crying and wanted to go home. She kept saying ‘I don’t pay for drinks! This is ridiculous! I’m freaking out!’ “

We bet she wasn’t the only one freaking out.

After partying at Hollywood club Crown Bar last Thursday, Lindsay Lohan was in the mood to party. Her drink of choice? Champagne.

After ordering a bottle of bubbly, the actress was approached with the bill. That’s where Kellan Lutz comes into the story.

A source from the club said that “Lindsay pointed over at Kellan Lutz and told the waitress just to charge his card.”

Shortly after, LiLo was spotted outside of the club in tears, with the issue still unresolved.

The starlet, who recently received a public lashing from fashion guru Emanual Ungaro in regards to her less-than-positive effect on the retired designer’s label, is now taking her impeccable artistic skills to Pascal Mouawad’s jewelry line.

That’s right, she’s working to see how many fashion labels she can Hulk-smash her way through. One down, one million to go.

Lohan revealed to Access Hollywood that she’s working with Mouawad on a collection for a friend who owns Bebe.

Killing two birds with one stone? We can’t wait to see this dazzling collaboration.Next victim, please.

The ugly war of words between Michael and Lindsay Lohan shows no signs of cooling off. Michael has released another audio tape, accusing his daughter of lying – and wasting her God-given talent.

On Thursday, Lindsay claimed on her Twitter page that Michael used to threaten to kill his then-wife Dina, Lindsay’s mother, if she left him. Michael responded with a denial in an interview with New York Post Friday.

“That’s a lie,” he says. “I guess Lindsay is on more drugs than I thought to say something like that … No wonder why God is taking her entire career away from her. Because she’s forsaken everything He’s given her and she’s done nothing but misuse all the gifts she’s given.”

Michael released a new audiotape to RadarOnline on Thursday. Apparently recorded in September 2008, the tape includes a dialogue with Lindsay’s mom about her struggles to get their daughter to go to rehab. “She’d like, punch me in the face, kick me out of the car … like you don’t know the [expletive] I went through,” Dina is heard saying.

Michael claims the leaking of the tapes is meant to pressure Lindsay into seeking treatment for addiction. Earlier he released a tape in which Lindsay is heard crying and saying, “No one cares about me.”

Michael tells the Post he has even more recordings that will “prove everything [Lindsay] is saying is nothing more than a bunch of lies.”

Lindsay’s lawyer tells the paper that her legal team is weighing its options and consulting with law enforcement about how to proceed.

Are things coming to a head? Or is it just more of the Lohan family saga?

Lindsay Lohan continued her Twitter attacks on her father Thursday in response to his leaking of voicemails of the sobbing actress.

“Its so sad that I even have to share this w/everyone, but I haven’t had a real relationship w/Michael Sr. in years. That is the truth. Xox,” she Tweeted. “I just hope I can show others how to be strong through times & to be able to stand up for yourself and loved ones no matter what!”

She does find a silver lining her in estrangement: “Good news is, I haven’t called him many times @ all-so, it will end sooner than later!!! Lol”

Michael Lohan released the recording last week to Radar Online featuring Lindsay crying, “No one cares about me.”

Lindsay, 23, fired back on Twitter that her dad was a “lunatic,” and she’s reportedly weighing her legal options, including the possibility of getting a restraining order against him.

Michel Lohan tells PEOPLE he’s worried about his daughter, whom he believes is battling an addiction. “I want to get her into a long-term rehab to get off the prescription medication and whatever else,” he says. “Regardless of what people say to me, Lindsay is my first concern.”

Lindsay Lohan has taken to Twitter to slam her dad Michael, following reports that he is seeking conservatorship over her, and that he’s offered an entertainment TV show tape-recorded conversations between himself and his ex-wife, Dina, in which they discuss their daughter’s well-being.

“My father is a lunatic & doesn’t even deserve such a title since he’s never been around in my life other than when he’d threaten me & my family,” Tweeted Lindsay, who just finished shooting the thriller Machete opposite Robert DeNiro. “He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life-behind bars.”

Lindsay, 23, also wrote that her sister Ali, 15, is also concerned about their father’s behavior. “It’s so sad to get a phone call from my baby sister just now asking, ‘why is daddy doing this?’ Through tears. He’s crossed the lines & hurt me & my family 4 the last time.”

Last week, Michael Lohan claimed to New York’s Daily News that Entertainment Tonight this week would air taped phone conversations between himself and Dina, in which they discuss Lindsay’s well-being. As yet, nothing on this has been confirmed by the TV show.

Still, Dina Lohan tells PEOPLE that she and Lindsay plan to prevent the tapes from coming within public earshot: “We’re going to stop it from airing. He is in violation of my order of protection. My attorney sent a cease-and-desist letter, and a copy of my order of protection I have against him. He is now in violation of my criminal order of protection. He harasses me, and calls my cell phone, which he is not allowed to call.”

In response to Dina’s disdain for Michael’s very public dialogue about Lindsay, Michael told PEOPLE last week, “Look, I know that sometimes in the past I’ve said things I shouldn’t have. [But right now] I have to help my child.”

Be that as it may, Dina says Lindsay is planning to obtain a restraining order against her father – an effort that intensified after Michael told X17 this month he was seeking conservatorship in order to get Lindsay into rehab for prescription drug abuse, and that he is behind on child support payments.

Says Dina: “He is desperate and spiraling out of control.”
