After a very brief stint on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night after the Oscars, Lindsay Lohan is proving that she’s ready to get back on the big screen, and sources tell us she’ll be starring alongside 90210′s Chris Zylka for her next project.

The movie, entitled Escaping The Game, is in final negotiations with production scheduled for June, according to our source.

After rumors began that Lilo and Chris were a couple, Zylka’s publicist tells X17online exclusively, “It’s true Lindsay Lohan and Chris Zylka have become great friends but nothing more than that for sure. Chris has a girlfriend.”

Lindsay’s character (Virginia) and Chris’ character do get romantically involved on screen. As for the two working together, Zylka’s rep says:

“Chris and Lindsay are excited about the new film they are starring in together and they do have a romantic role together on screen. Other hopes for the film are Helen Mirren and maybe even a role for Justin Bieber.”

Justin Bieber? Whoa! We’re told Escaping The Game is about celebrities that make it famous very quickly and can’t handle every day life. As a result, they must fake their death to move and live on a hidden Island along with other celebrities that have faked their death in the past.

As for which celebrities will be on this island, his rep adds:

“Tupac and Notorious B.I.G are recording on the island, James Dean, Marilyn Monroe and Elvis seem to living quite well too. Princess Diana and people you would never expect are still alive! So you can imagine how perfect it would be for Justin Bieber!”

Sounds like a party! But is this the best career move for Lohan? The actress is currently without an official agent – X17online put in calls to both CAA and WME, and both agencies deny representing her.

With family in town for support during troubled times actress Lindsay Lohan took a drive around the Santa Monica, California on February 22, 2011 in an shinny black Audi. Lindsay’s mother Dina, sister Ali and little brother Michael Jr. arrived in town last night. This week is said to be a big week for the young actress as she has two court appearances, once on Wednesday for her grand theft case and then again on Friday for a probation hearing. This could be one of the last time Lindsay will be allowed to drive as rumors swirl that the courts are considering revoking probation on her drunk driving conviction from back in 2007 due to the current charges pertaining to the grand theft case. Lindsay’s last appearance cause a great deal of chatter concerning her choice in court appropriate clothing, what will she be wearing this time around?

Lindsay Lohan could go to jail for more than a year for allegedly stealing that necklace … and it could happen without a jury, without a trial …. without grand theft charges even being pursued.

After doing some investigating, we discovered the D.A. could drop the felony grand theft case completely. But that wouldn’t end Lindsay’s legal woes — not by a long shot.

Prosecutor Danette Meyers could go back to court and ask the judge to violate Lindsay’s DUI probation … on grounds she stole the necklace.

The judge in the probation case could then hold a hearing — without a jury — to determine if Lindsay did indeed pilfer the jewelry.

Now here’s the big problem for Lindsay. In a criminal case, the D.A. must prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt — in other words, convincing a jury that there’s a 98 to 99% chance that she did the deed.

But in a probation violation case, all the judge has to decide is that it’s more likely than not that she stole the jewelry — in other words, that there’s a 50.1% chance she did it.

Sources connected with the D.A.’s office tell us … prosecutors believe they could ask for more than 1 year in jail if the judge decides Lindsay violated her probation.

And one final piece of bad news. It’s very possible if the D.A. dismissed the grand theft case, the probation violation matter would go back to Judge Elden Fox in Beverly Hills, who has totally lost patience with Lindsay.

Lindsay Lohan had no idea her mother had lined up an interview with “Good Morning America” this morning … and the actress told friends she was “upset” with Dina when she found out … TMZ has learned.

We’re told the two spoke after Dina wrapped up the shoot — and Lindsay wasted no time forgiving her mom for not looping her in sooner.

Lindsay explained … she loves her mother — she just wishes she would have received a head’s up about interview’s regarding her life.

Dina Lohan told ABC News she thinks her daughter’s addictions are going to be “a lifelong struggle.”

In just one week, her mom says she has no faith in her, and Charlie Sheen is giving her advice. That’s enough to make anyone drink. No wonder Lindsay Lohan can’t sober up for good. Talking about Lohan’s issues, Dina said:

“I knew early on, I just didn’t tell anyone about it. It was a personal situation … But I never thought it would be like this – that the media would be so crazy. I really never thought it would get to this level.”

The media? Crazy? Never. Oh, right, except for: Drew Barrymore, Corey Feldman, Danny Bonaduce, Mackenzie Phillips, Britney Spears, and the Jacksons.

Aside from the whole felony thing, Lohan seems to be doing okay for now. When she starts calling into the Dan Patrick show, we’ll know its gotten bad. Dina also complained:

“It’s been really hard on my family, harder than anything.”

Actress Lindsay Lohan arrived at court in Los Angeles, California on February 9, 2011 for her arraignment in a white long sleeve short dress and a pair of heels. Lindsay Lohan entered the court room with a not guilty plea in her felony theft case but was quickly reminded by Judge Keith Schwartz that this is no joke with a bail set at $20, 000 and said “If you violate the law, I will remand you and there will be NO BAIL.”
