Lindsay Lohan has 21 days to find a therapist. That’s what Judge Stephanie Sautner reminded Lohan to do during a court date in L.A. Thursday — and as per People, should she not make good on that term, her probation will be revoked.

Now, how many garage sales do you figure LiLo could possibly throw before then? (And what, do you suppose, is the re-sale value of gently used hair extensions?) Because it seems Lohan’s too broke to pay for counselling — or at least that’s what she claimed in court, People reports.

(As for what she was wearing while making said claims: Radar Online price-checked her Louboutin peep-toe heels at $1,200 US.)

The trouble, it seems, is Lohan’s lack of medical insurance. Her SAG insurance has lapsed, Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, explained in court Thursday. And as a result, Radar reports the sometime actress can’t afford to pay for the court-ordered psychological treatment herself.

“If she doesn’t have the means [to pay for it], she’s got to find someone to help her out,” People reports Judge Sautner said during the hearing.

And before the world’s biggest Herbie Fully Loaded fan could come crashing through the courthouse, waving a cheque for 50 large in exchange for one of Lohan’s half-finished bottles of Kombucha tea, Sautner came forward with a winning suggestion.

As per Radar: the judge asked whether Lohan knew anyone willing to front her the cash on a credit card. Lohan consulted with Holley. Then Holley conceded that “would not be a problem.”

Case closed and off to therapy, then? Not quite. Counselling isn’t the only court-ordered to-do on Lohan’s list — and it’s not the only thing she’s reportedly been slacking on, either.

As you’ll recall from various photo ops, Lohan’s been doing community service as part of her sentence. It’s just that she hasn’t done a whole lot of it. She’s required to put in 480 hours within a year — but Radar reports that Lohan’s completed just 33 hours so far.

Sautner reminded Lohan of the seriousness of the situation Thursday.

“I’m not going to give her five minutes extra. I don’t want to hear ‘Oh I couldn’t do it because I was on the set of the John Gotti movie,’” she said in court.

Lohan’s next court date is set for October, People reports.

I’ve added about 700 blu ray captures of Lindsay’s 2010 movie Machete. She had such a small role I was surprise to get that many out of the movie.

It’s been a number of years since Lindsay Lohan scored a truly juicy role, thanks to a number of professional setbacks related to her unreliable behavior both on and off production sets.

But now, Lindsay’s name has been linked—in the tabloids, anyway—to a very interesting project, indeed. Now that Casey Anthony has been acquitted of murder charges, the likelihood that there will be a film based on her sordid saga has skyrocketed.

Could Lindsay be just the gal to play a stonefaced liar who everyone believes is guilty? Maybe: She’s definitely generated just as much controversy and ire, if not more.

Last week, an industry insider speculated that Kristen Stewart would make a great Casey Anthony on the big screen, thanks to her “deer in the headlights” look.
