Is Lindsay Lohan flashing those newly pearly whites, and possibly a little bit more, at the camera right this second?
The embattled starlet is taking part in a top-secret photo shoot today and tomorrow and E! News is hearing whispers that it’s for a spread in an upcoming issue of Playboy.
Hey, it worked for one of Lohan’s idols, Marilyn Monroe. But would she dare to go all-the-way bare?
Well, that would be something, wouldn’t it?
Lohan was spotted heading into a Beverly Hills mansion, purportedly the scene of the photo shoot, earlier today.
But at this point, her rep, Steve Honig, isn’t ready to admit that Lohan is playing ball for Playboy —but he’s not denying it either.
“I can neither confirm nor deny at this time,” Honig tells E! News. Lohan herself didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
“We don’t comment on rumors about who may or may not be posing for the magazine…if anything changes, I’ll be sure to let you know,” added a rep for Playboy.
Meanwhile, a source close to Lohan is under the impression that the L.A. County morgue’s most famous volunteer is collecting a pretty fat paycheck for her posing services.

It has been an eventful few days for Lindsay Lohan, who had her probation revoked, was turned away from court-ordered service duty at the L.A. County morgue for arriving too late and fired her manager in less than a week.
The troubled starlet is concerned that manager Lou Taylor, who lives in Tennessee and also manages Britney Spears, does not spend enough time on her affairs — and she wants to hire someone who can give her more attention.
The 25-year-old actress also is worried that her finances are not being handled efficiently, possibly because Taylor is based more than 2,100 miles away.
Her publicist, Steve Honing, said that Taylor’s departure was perfectly amicable and that Lohan and Taylor were still on good terms.
And other concerns were raised last week over her half-a-million dollar contract with German designer Philipp Plein, after Judge Sautner ordered her back to the courthouse on November 2nd, raising speculation as to whether she would be able to fulfil her contractual overseas appearances. But it seems Plein is standing by the star.
“I chose Lindsay Lohan as the face of my ss 2012 collection because, aside from being talented and beautiful, she is unconventional, unpredictable, full of surprises and far from boring…which perfectly reflects the spirit of my collection,” he told us in a statement. “I look forward to completing our project together, and trust that she will be able to resolve her legal issues as soon as possible.”
The “Mean Girls” star was ordered to work at the coroner’s office as part of the 480 hours of community service she is required to complete under terms of her probation for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Los Angeles boutique earlier this year.
Her probation was revoked Oct. 19 after a judge ruled she was not keeping up with her community service hours. The actress was dismissed from a Los Angeles women’s center where she failed to show up on nine different occasions. Judge Stephanie Sautner scheduled a probation violation hearing for Nov. 2, and the troubled starlet could face more jail time.

Lindsay Lohan showed up to the Los Angeles County Morgue at 5:35 a.m. Friday morning – nearly 90 minutes ahead of her scheduled 7 a.m. community service starting time.
The early arrival was no doubt an attempt not to repeat Thursday’s mistake, when Lohan, driving a brand new Porsche to the morgue – reportedly following a dentist’s appointment – showed up 20 minutes late, then left shortly afterward, said Assistant Chief Coroner, Ed Winter.
She Tweeted on Thursday: “With all of the stress and pressure from yesterday and today, I’ve never been so happy to go to therapy!!!! Also, I’m sorry for the confusion that I may of caused to those at the Coroner’s office. Won’t happen again, now I know where to go! Thank you for your help.”
On Wednesday Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered the actress, 25, to complete her 360 hours of community service, after missing too many previous appointments.
Lohan is required to perform janitorial duty at the morgue twice a week until a Nov. 2 hearing, when it will be formally determine if she violated probation in a case related to a stolen necklace.
Later Friday morning, Winter announced: “Ms. Lohan completed her orientation this morning and she’s currently working, doing janitorial duties. She’s doing fine.”
The assistant coroner had previously described her duties as to include mopping floors, washing windows and taking out the garbage. “She won’t be handling any dead bodies but she’ll certainly see them,” Winter added.

The morgue is the last place to show up fashionably late.
Lindsay Lohan arrived behind schedule for janitorial duty at the L.A. County Dept. of Coroner on Thursday morning – and then left.
“Lindsay arrived at the morgue approximately 20 minutes late and will be returning for orientation tomorrow,” her rep Steve Honig said. “Her lateness was due to a combination of not knowing what entrance to go through and confusion caused by the media waiting for her arrival. Lindsay spoke with the supervisors at the morgue, they showed her how to get in and everything is all cleared up.”
Lohan, 25, was handcuffed in court Wednesday after a judge revoked her probation for missing too many community service appointments. She was released after posting $100,000 bail.
As a condition of her release, she must perform janitorial duty at the morgue twice a week until a Nov. 2 hearing, to formally determine if she violated probation.

The details of Lindsay Lohan’s legal troubles change from year to year, but one thing remains the same – she gets to have her picture taken.
Lohan, 25, sat for the police camera for at least the fifth time in her criminal career on Wednesday, as she was handcuffed and detained at the courthouse for missing too many community service appointments. (She later made bail and was released.)
The actress previously posed for mugshots twice in 2007 and twice in 2010. In the latest photo, she is largely expressionless – lips slightly apart, her blonde hair framing a blank gaze.
This is her typical approach, in contrast to some other celebrities who, a bit incongruously, have smiled broadly when booked. The most emotion Lohan has shown for the camera is a slight look of outrage in her very first mugshot in July 2007, and a hint of a smile in her third, in July 2010.
Lohan is due back in court Nov. 2 for a hearing to formally determine if she did indeed violate her probation. In the meantime, she is set to begin janitorial duty at the L.A. County morgue two days a week.
“She’s holding up fine and she’s a strong girl,” says her spokesman, Steve Honig. “She understands that she has to comply with the court and it’s the judge’s ruling and she gets that. She is gonna do what she needs to do.”

Lindsay Lohan is facing more legal trouble after a judge revoked her probation on Wednesday for missing too many community service appointments.
Lohan was handcuffed in a Los Angeles court and taken away by sheriff’s deputies following a half-hour hearing. A sheriff’s deputy confirmed to PEOPLE the $100,000 bail that was set will be processed at the courthouse, and Lohan was released at 12:17 p.m.
Lohan is expected back in court for a Nov. 2 hearing to formally determine whether she violated probation.
Judge Stephanie Sautner said on Wednesday that Lohan “blew off” nine scheduled appointments at the Downtown Women’s Center, where the actress had been ordered to complete 360 hours for her necklace theft case. Because of the no-shows, Lohan had been kicked out of the program.
The actress’s attorney Shawn Holley argued it was premature to find Lohan in violation, saying the missed appointments were due to work commitments abroad.
Holley also pointed out that Lohan received a “glowing” report from her psychiatrist. “The report says Ms. Lohan has reached a turning point in her accountability and maturity,” Holley argued in court.
The judge retorted: “Failing to show up nine times [to the shelter] is reaching a turning point in her maturity?”
Lohan also has yet to begin janitorial duty at the L.A. County morgue, where she was previously ordered to complete 120 hours.
Lohan, who wore a sleeveless white dress and her hair in a ponytail, looked calm as she was led away.
“She’s a strong girl. She understands that she has to comply with the court,” Lohan’s rep Steve Honig tells PEOPLE. “It’s the judge’s ruling and she gets that. She is going do what she needs to do – she’s going to the morgue to perform community service.”
If she’s found in violation at the Nov. 2 hearing, Lohan could face a new jail sentence, but whether that amounts to hard time remains to be seen because of severe overcrowding issues at Lynwood Jail.
Lohan is currently on probation for three years and was sentenced to community service after she pleaded no contest to misdemeanor theft. The actress had been ordered to complete all her community service hours by the year’s end.
In June, she served 35 days of home confinement and was released early because she’s a nonviolent offender and there are budgetary issues and jail overcrowding.

I am not to be made an example of anymore. I am working hard and fulfilling my obligations every single day, to the court as well as myself. If I travel, its for work and its been approved. As is anything I do when I leave the state. I’d appreciate it if people will just let me do what is asked of me, so that I can get my life back. Please ignore the reports which have no truth to them. Thank you

You know what they say about no good deed going unpunished!
Lindsay Lohan, who was originally ordered to perform 360 of 480 required hours of community service at the L.A. Downtown Women’s Center, is going to be helping out at the Red Cross from now on instead.
While that’s all her rep would say on the matter, the report of what led to the change in plans—alas, just in time for Lindsay’s progress-report hearing next week—isn’t very flattering.
Per TMZ, Lohan was booted from the women shelter’s program after blowing off nine scheduled appointments and, on the occasions that she did show up, would split after about an hour. The terms of her program were that she work for at least four hours at a time and otherwise behave herself.
“Lindsay is now serving her community service at the Red Cross, and we’re not providing any comment beyond that,” her rep told E! News.

Last month, Lohan’s camp denied that she was way behind on her community service commitment and was in danger of having her probation revoked. In July, Judge Stephanie Sautner had threatened to throw the actress back in jail if she didn’t get cracking on those 480 hours and sign up for therapy.
The remaining 120 hours have been earmarked for janitorial duty at the L.A. County Morgue.
Lohan is due to appear before Sautner again next Wednesday. Perhaps her attorney will have an actual number for the judge when it comes to hours Lohan has spent toiling away for the greater good.

Lindsay Lohan has really given her critics something to sink their teeth into.
Lohan, 25, is attracting unwanted attention yet again after showing off less-than-pearly whites on a red carpet in Los Angeles this week.
A photo of the newly-tattooed starlet causing a stir online highlights what appear to be her yellowing teeth, as well as nail polish streaks and blotches on her hands.
But her rep doesn’t see any stain on her sparkling reputation.
“Lindsay is widely acknowledged as one of the most stunning actresses of her day, and we get requests every week wanting to do photo shoots with her from top photographers,” her rep, Steve Honig, tells PEOPLE.
“She’s been on the cover of Vanity Fair,” Honig says, “and the top beauty and fashion magazines. She’s a beautiful and glamorous actress.”
And that’s not all he has to say about concerns over Lindsay’s dental health.
“With everything going on – from deteriorating public education to rampant homelessness to international unrest – there is no way I’m going to comment on Lindsay’s teeth,” he added.
Lohan has another progress report court appearance coming up later this month related to her ongoing probation.
