LiLo completed last two morgue visits on the weekend before her court hearing.

Actress, Lindsay Lohan will be present before judge, Stephanie Sautner tomorrow, (17.01.12) for her second probation progress report and now that she has completed her morgue visits and psychotherapy sessions the star knows she will avoid jail.

Back in November, Lindsay was required to complete 12 morgue visits and 4 psychotherapy sessions by Tuesday’s court hearing and she has done just that.

Sources close to the ‘Mean Girls’ star told TMZ she has stuck to the probation order – but she was cutting it fine – after completing the last two morgue visits on Friday and Saturday.

TMZ report the actress has been a model morgue employee by getting the work done with no fuss and that she was friendly with the staff that worked there.

Lindsay awaits tomorrow’s hearing when she will be at the halfway mark of her probation.

But if the troubled starlet violates the terms the judge set out for her at any point she gets 270 days behind bars.

Lohan was spotted at The Weinstein Company’s annual after party to the Golden Globes, appearing at the Beverly Hilton hotel in a peach-coloured Prada gown.

Award winners and A-listers were om attendance as well, so it’s a little unclear how lil Lilo scored an invite given that she hasn’t made a movie since 2010.

This is also the first time we’ve seen Lindsay’s re-done pearly whites, and we have to admit she looked pretty good!

According to our sources, Lindsay has been a model morgue employee. Translation — She gets the job done with no drama and she’s friendly with the staff.

After tomorrow’s hearing Lindsay will be at the halfway mark of her probation. She has another hearing February 15, where she’ll have to show proof she completed another 12 morgue visits and 4 therapy classes. And on March 29 — her final hearing — she must show she’s completed the remaining 17 morgue visits and 6 therapy classes.

Should Lindsay slip up at any point, she gets 270 days behind bars.

Lindsay Lohan hasn’t made a movie all year, and she certainly wasn’t up for a Golden Globe, but TMZ reports she potentially has a little something to celebrate. A very little something.

Lohan’s due in court tomorrow for her second probation progress report, and according to the outlet, LiLo’s good-enough behaviour should please the judge: she’s just completed the 12 morgue visits and four therapy sessions asked of her, reports TMZ.

Just like her last progress report, it seems Lohan has succeeded at not doing some dumb shizz – dumb shizz that could land her in prison. (About that, TMZ notes that any slip up could have cost her a 270-day jail sentence.)

Congrats, kid! Of course, none of this will be official until she faces the judge Tuesday in L.A. Still, Lohan’s been celebrating something or other since last week, turning up — perhaps unexpectedly — at a variety of Golden Globes parties.

Inside, UK tabloid the Daily Mirror photographed Lohan gabbing with her peers in the celebrity low-level leagues: Paris Hilton’s mom, Natasha Bedingfield. Award winners and A-listers were popping Moet bottles at the Weinstein bash, as well, so it’s a little unclear how Lohan scored an invite (and whether or not she might share her secret with the rest of us).

That said, she was at another Weinstein-hosted bash days earlier, the company’s pre-Golden Globes party at the Chateau Marmont Jan. 11, and though the New York Post’s Page Six reports they saw her getting flirty with guests such as Entourage’s Jeremy Piven, the New York Daily News says that Lohan wasn’t actually on the guest list. As per the paper, Lohan, a sometime resident of the hotel, snuck in through the backdoor then “made her way to the entrance for photo ops.”

Don’t ever say Lohan lacks talent, because that there is an admirable skill.

LINDSAY Lohan is in talks to play Dame Elizabeth Taylor in a new film.

The 25-year-old actress has reportedly opened discussions with Lifetime to take on the role of the late screen legend in TV movie Elizabeth & Richard: A Love Story, which will focus on Taylor’s tempestuous romance with actor Richard Burton, according to Deadline.

The project is set to be produced by Larry Thompson and is being written by Christopher Monger.

Although Taylor was married to seven different men during her lifetime, she considered Burton to be the love of her life and she tied the knot with him twice before their romance ultimately ended in a second divorce in 1976.

The Cleopatra star died aged 79 in March 2011 from congestive heart failure.

If the project goes ahead, it will be Lindsay’s first acting role since she appeared in 2010 movie Machete.

The young star — who recently posed naked in Playboy — has seen her career take a back seat to her troubled personal life in recent years which has seen her have numerous court appearances, brief jail stints and undergo rehab treatment for alcohol and substance abuse.

Now Lindsay Lohan owes back taxes? Once again, girlfriend can’t seem to catch a break.

The government is coming after Lohan for nearly $94,000, according to tax-lien papers filed Thursday in L.A., after the actress allegedly failed to pay income tax in 2009.

(Note to Lindsay: Something like this didn’t go well for Wesley Snipes.)

Sources told TMZ that Lohan thought her accountants were handling that sort of thing, and intends to pay the bill immediately. Her Playboy paycheck ought to help out a bit, no? Good timing. The lien has been filed against her home in Encino, according to E! Online, which also reported that Lilo’s rep isn’t commenting on her personal finances.

Lindsay was definitely in full-tabloid mode in 2009, breaking up with Samantha Ronson, jetting around the world, showing up late for court and getting her probation extended. Nothing too out of the ordinary, but recall that right about tax-filing time in 2010 she was busy suing ETrade over “that milkaholic Lindsay” and no-showing for civil-suit depositions and it becomes clear how income taxes might not make the short list of things to do.

Having recently replaced her business team (or so TMZ sources said), she’s currently busy doing morgue duty regularly in an attempt to finally get through probation and on with life. She also stepped out at the Chateau Marmont on Wednesday night for a party hosted by the Weinstein Co., to celebrate award season.

We used to see a lot more stories about Lindsay Lohan partying at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, and sometimes those stories didn’t end so well. But Wednesday night the actress was there for an event thrown by the Weinstein Company and Audi to celebrate awards season, and she came out looking pretty good.

Lohan, 25, was her post-Playboy fittest in a body-hugging little black dress, and numerous celeb blogs took notice. Over at the Daily Mail and Celebuzz, to name a couple, the polished Lohan was being lauded for her “sultry sophistication” and “conservative sexy” look.

Other celebrities on hand for the party included Michelle Williams, Bradley Cooper, Jane Lynch, Jamie Foxx and more.

Cops were called to Lindsay Lohan’s Venice Beach pad earlier this evening — after a strange, unidentified man came a-knockin’ … and Lindsay freaked the hell out.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the man — an older gentleman — arrived at her home around 6:30pm and began knocking on the front door.

We’re told Lindsay came to the door and asked what he wanted — and the man responded cryptically … that he needed to speak with her.

Unnerved, Lindsay asked the man to leave, but he refused, demanding she open the door. Police received a call minutes later about a trespasser on Lindsay’s property. It’s unclear if Lindsay made the call.

According to law enforcement sources, cops showed up soon after and arrested the man for trespassing. The man is currently being booked.

She is currently allowed to travel to see her family for holidays and special occasions as part of her current court-ordered probation.

And Lindsay Lohan has certainly taken advantage of that perk over the Christmas break.

The 24-year-old actress flew to her hometown of Long Island for the holidays last week, and posed for a festive snap alongside her family.

While in her last official photo for Playboy she was wearing nothing but a lashing of red-lipstick, this time Lohan is of course much more covered-up.

Wearing black trousers, a matching top and a fur gilet, she is seen in the family abode posing in front of a Christmas tree.

Alongside her mother Dina, sister Ali and brothers Michael Jr. and Cody, the actress is beaming and looks happy to be home.

While Lindsay shows off her famous curves, her sister Ali displays the slim figure for which she has recently came under fire for.

In a pair of black skinny jeans, the 18-year-old’s incredibly thin pins are highlighted.

Lindsay’s mother also appears to have shed more pounds, looking very slender in a black satin dress.

Brothers Michael and Cody have put on their finest for the snap, with the two boys in shirt and trouser combinations.

But it is certainly Lindsay who stands out from the clan with her platinum blonde hair and Scarlett lips.

The Lohan family home was decked out in decorations for the festive occasion and in typical American tradition, a sports game is seen playing in the background.

Estranged father Michael was of course not present for the gathering.

Lindsay recently got given the thumbs up from Judge Stephanie Sautner for completing her probation requirements early over the past few weeks during a recent court date.

The L.A judge told Lohan she was pleased with her progress and told her to keep it up.

‘You are doing well and I’d like to see it continue,’ the Los Angeles Superior Court judge told her.

‘The morgue seems to be pleased – as pleased as a morgue can be,’ she added.
She told Lohan that she was allowed to travel to see her family on holidays and special occasions with the approval of her probation officer.

‘In any month you complete your twelve days early you can travel for pleasure, to see her family to not see her family – to go to a spa or whatever,’ she said.

‘The holidays are coming up so you can travel to see your family.

‘But travel for pleasure or fun is only allowed after you’ve completed the 12 days,’ she added referring to the remainder of her probation, which the actress is close to completing.

Judge Sautner told Lohan that a recent trip to Hawaii was perfectly acceptable because it was to celebrate her sister Ali’s birthday, who turned 18 last week. L ohan has progressed ahead of schedule with her community service and was told that she can now travel for pleasure whenever she has completed her 12 days of service she is slated to do per month.

During the hearing Judge Sautner added: ‘I think she likes coming here and seeing me, ‘in a comment to Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, who asked if Lindsay needed to return to court next month if she completes her next stint of probation requirements early.

Lohan will indeed have to show her face again because, as the judge put it: ‘She won’t complete her probation otherwise.’Te actress – who features nude in the current issue of Playboy magazine – has been ordered to complete another 12 days of community service and four therapy sessions ahead of her next court date on January 17.

Lohan was ordered last month to spend 30 days in jail after she admitted violating her probation in a DUI case and another involving the theft of a necklace from a Venice jewellery store.

Due largely to jail overcrowding, she served only about five hours at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California.
